Brewstation has been a complete labour of love — a way to invite people into our home and embrace the slow life. Located in the heart of Tilottama, surrounded by the Terai's lush greenery, it is a true hidden gem of Rupandehi.

Converting the colonial-style, once-private residence was definitely an act of defiance. It's been a journey, but we found beauty in imperfection, and to date stayed true to our vision.
The villa is centred around its open-air courtyard, while at the back of the property banana, mango and avocado trees make for a perfect place to unwind, practise yoga, and embrace the Terai slow life.

THE SLOW LIFE
Surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the Terai, all our rooms follow the 'less is more' ethos.

Located at the front of the property, it sleeps two in a queen-sized bed and features a private bathroom with a rain shower. A private entrance just off the verandah opens onto the garden.

A mirror of its neighbour but with its own character — handmade lokta-paper details, a sitting nook, and the sound of the mango tree outside your window.

Our most spacious room. A four-poster bed, a private garden bath, and a writing desk overlooking the banana grove. Slow mornings were made for this room.
Located at the back of the property, our four studios are their own private units just behind the main villa — perfect for that extra bit of solitude. Each studio has its own entrance, an open-air bathroom, and a small front garden looking onto the mango grove.
